
Meet Victoria, owner and creator behind Owl Aboard Charcuterie. She is from the Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation and Ahousaht First Nations and grew up in Vancouver, BC. Victoria specializes in creating edible art through food and provides every order using high-quality ingredients and artful presentation to turn any occasion into something magical.
Her journey into the world of charcuterie in Vancouver began with inspiration from her beloved grandmother, Peggy. With a passion for entertaining and crafting beautiful charcuterie boards, Victoria realized the magic they held in bringing people together and leaving lasting impressions on guests.
"It all started as a fluke," Victoria chuckles. "I was making charcuterie boards for family and friends, and one day, I decided to share it on Facebook. To my surprise, I received a flood of messages, inquiring where they could order. That's when it hit me; I had something special to share."
Driven by the instant demand for her mouthwatering offerings and eye-catching presentations, Victoria's circle of friends and family encouraged her to transform her passion into a business. Soon enough, Owl Aboard Charcuterie was born.
The name and logo pay tribute to Grandma Peggy's adoration for owls, a symbol of wisdom and warmth that filled her home.
She taught me that food is a way to the heart, caring for others, sharing stories, and bringing people together.
I carry forward her legacy—blending traditional and modern foods, flavour, and beauty into every creation, no matter how big or small.
