Meet Victoria, the founder and owner of Owl Aboard Charcuterie, where creating edible art is her love language. Hailing from Vancouver, Canada, Victoria's roots trace back to the Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation and Ahousaht First Nations.
Her journey into the world of Owl Aboard Charcuterie began with inspiration from her beloved grandmother, Peggy. With a passion for entertaining and crafting beautiful cheese boards, Victoria realized the magic they held in bringing people together and leaving lasting impressions on guests.
"It all started as a fluke," Victoria chuckles. "I was making charcuterie boards for family and friends, and one day, I decided to share it on Facebook. To my surprise, I received a flood of messages, inquiring where they could order. That's when it hit me; I had something special to share."
Driven by the instant demand for her mouthwatering offerings and eye-catching presentations, Victoria's circle of friends and family encouraged her to transform her passion into a charcuterie business. Soon enough, Owl Aboard was born.
The name and logo pay tribute to Grandma Peggy's adoration for owls, a symbol of wisdom and warmth that filled her home. Honoring her legacy, Owl Aboard Charcuterie embraces Victoria's dedication to using only the finest, artisanal ingredients.
