Since each board is hand crafted and specially selected, we ask that you kindly provide us with a minimum 48 hours’ notice when ordering. 

To guarantee your event date, we recommend ordering as soon as you know the date! Weekends (Friday-Sunday) tend to get booked quickly.

Your order is not confirmed until you get a confirmation from us via email, text or phone call. 

Note **If you do not see an email response within 1 day, please check your “junk mail” or “spam” folder.          

* we can usually accommodate smaller orders day of, please check with us first.

 We offer boards for nearly all dietary restrictions, including nut allergies, gluten free, Pork free, vegan, vegetarian and Halal.  If you have questions regarding certain items included on your board, please contact us via email, or place a note in the Dietary Restriction section of the order form. 

*** PLEASE NOTE OUR KITCHEN IS NOT NUT FREE. 

 ~We do offer Vegan/Halal Boards at an additional charge but do require advance notice as we do not routinely stock Vegan/Halal products.

Delivery's are available in the lower mainland for an additional charge however; pick up orders are encouraged. 

~Complimentary delivery within a short radius of North Burnaby,**Please click pick up at checkout and state delivery details in instructions to avoid delivery charges.

~Delivery to Greater Vancouver area and Tri -Cities (Vancouver, North Vancouver, New west, Burnaby, Port Coqutilam, Port Moody, Coqutilam, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge & Langley. 

~Delivery's are available in 2 hour windows of event date 

~Please provide clear instructions and full address for our delivery drivers.

~An individual must be present to accept the delivery since our boards must be refrigerated, if not served immediately. 

~If no one is present to accept the delivery, we unfortunately will not be able to leave it at the door due to quality assurance.

Please contact us asap if you have changes in your schedule and we would be happy to accommodate. 

If a wood board is rented, their will be a $50 per board deposit fee. 

~All wood board rentals are to be returned within 48 hours (washed and dried). 

~You will receive your deposit back within 48 hours if the boards are returned un-damaged and cleaned. 

 All orders cancelled 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full a refund (or store credit whichever you prefer). We would be happy to offer store credit to use at a later date.

0-23 hour cancellations are non-refundable as all orders are made fresh and to order.
